Dispatch Location & Origin

• Origin: All wholesale orders are packaged, inspected, and dispatched directly from the Bulibasha workshop in Bali, Indonesia.
• Pre-Dispatch Inspection: Every shipment is checked against the packing list before it leaves the workshop.

Separate Shipping Invoicing

• Excluded from Submission: Freight and delivery charges are not included in the order total shown at submission.
• Custom Quotation: Because international freight rates vary with shipment weight, package volume and destination, shipping is quoted after the order is submitted, so the most competitive carrier rate can be secured.
• Invoice Issuance: The freight charge is added to the balance invoice and is settled prior to dispatch.

Carriers & Transit

• Carriers: Shipments are routed through DHL, FedEx, Aramex or national postal services, and for high-volume orders through dedicated air-freight forwarders. The carrier is selected per shipment based on destination, weight and service level.
• Carrier Selection: Where a stockist has no preference, Bulibasha compares the available options and selects the most cost-effective carrier for the destination.
• Choosing Your Own Carrier: Stockists are welcome to nominate a carrier, or to ship on their own freight account. Please raise this at order review so it can be arranged.
• Collection from the Workshop: Stockists may also arrange collection from the Bulibasha workshop themselves. Where a stockist collects or ships on their own account, responsibility for the goods passes to the stockist on collection, and Bulibasha is not responsible for transit, customs or delivery.
• Transit Estimates: In our experience, delivery takes 5 to 10 working days from dispatch, depending on destination, service level and customs clearance. The estimate for each shipment is confirmed with the shipping quote.
• Estimates: Transit times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays in customs are outside Bulibasha's control.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• Delivery Terms: Wholesale shipments are dispatched under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.
• Buyer Responsibility: All import duties, customs clearance charges, VAT and handling fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the receiving stockist and are payable on delivery.
• Importer of Record: The stockist is the importer of record in the destination country.
• Documentation: Bulibasha provides commercial invoices, packing lists and export declarations with HS tariff codes to support customs processing.
• Refused or Unclaimed Shipments: Where a shipment is refused or unclaimed, or duties are left unpaid, any resulting carrier charges, storage fees or return costs are the responsibility of the stockist.

Tracking

• Tracking: Stockists receive shipment confirmation with carrier tracking details once the order is dispatched.

Split Shipments & Remote Locations

• Partial Shipments: For orders spanning multiple production runs, split shipments may be arranged on request. Freight applies to each dispatch.
• Remote Surcharges: Shipments to recognized remote postal areas may incur extended transit times and carrier out-of-area surcharges.
