Minimum Order

• Minimum Order Value: The minimum order value is USD 1,500, excluding shipping. This applies to opening orders and reorders alike.
• Size & Color Flexibility: Stockists can customize their order breakdown freely across available EU sizing (EU 35–46) and natural colorways, provided the minimum order value is met.

Wholesale Pricing & Volume Discounts

• Volume Discounts: Additional discounts are applied automatically according to order value. Applicable rates are visible in the wholesale portal at checkout.
• Price Confidentiality: Wholesale pricing, line sheets, and discount structures are strictly confidential and visible only to verified, approved stockists.
• Recommended Retail Price: Bulibasha publishes an RRP for each style as a guide. Stockists set their own retail prices.
• Price Revisions: Wholesale pricing and RRP may be revised at any time. Current prices are those shown in the wholesale portal. Orders already confirmed are unaffected.

Production & Made-to-Order Lead Times

• Handmade to Order: Every item is handmade by skilled artisans using traditional weaving techniques and natural raw materials.
• Production Timeline: Because goods are crafted to order rather than pulled from stock, lead time varies with order volume, style mix and season. The estimated production time for each order is confirmed at order review.
• Estimates: Lead times are estimates and not guarantees. Where a confirmed timeline is likely to be exceeded, Bulibasha will advise the stockist.

Order Submission & Payment Terms

• Order Review: Submitting an order through the wholesale portal does not capture payment. All orders are submitted for internal review and shipping cost calculation.
• Order Confirmation: An order becomes binding when Bulibasha issues the deposit invoice. Bulibasha may decline or adjust an order prior to confirmation.
• Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% balance and shipping costs are due prior to dispatch from Bali.
• Payment Methods: Payment is accepted by bank transfer or card. Bank transfer charges are the stockist's responsibility.
• Currency: All wholesale pricing and invoicing is in USD.

Shipping, Duties & Taxes

• Shipping Costs: Shipping is quoted separately for each order and is invoiced together with the balance prior to dispatch. Shipping costs are not included in the order total shown at submission.
• Import Duties & Taxes: All import duties, customs charges, VAT and local taxes are the responsibility of the stockist and are payable on delivery.
• Importer of Record: The stockist is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for customs clearance and any documentation required by local authorities.
• Refused or Unclaimed Shipments: Where a shipment is refused or unclaimed, or duties are left unpaid, any resulting carrier charges, storage fees or return costs are the responsibility of the stockist.

Order Cancellations

• No Cancellation: Once the deposit has been received, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable. Because every item is made to order for the specific stockist, materials are allocated and artisan work begins on receipt of the deposit.
• Before Deposit: A submitted order may be withdrawn at any point before the deposit is paid, at no cost.

Damaged Goods, Claims & Discrepancies

• Handmade Variance: Slight natural variations in leaf texture, fiber weave patterns, and botanical dye shades are integral characteristics of handcrafted footwear and are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Inspection Window: Claims for damages, missing items, or manufacturing flaws must be reported within 7 business days of shipment arrival with photographic evidence and order numbers.
• Remedy: Approved claims are resolved by replacement of the affected items or credit toward a future order, at Bulibasha's discretion. Refunds are not offered.
• No Returns: Wholesale orders are final. Goods cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, over-ordering, or slow retail sales. Because every item is made to order, unsold stock cannot be returned to Bulibasha.
• Faults Only: The claims process above is the only route for returning goods, and applies solely to damage, shortages and manufacturing faults. Bulibasha's retail exchange policy does not extend to wholesale orders.

Brand, Intellectual Property & Territory Rights

• Authorized Channels: Stockists may sell Bulibasha products through their own retail stores and websites. Stockists should let Bulibasha know if they intend to sell through additional channels.
• Marketplace Restrictions: Reselling on third-party digital marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy) is strictly prohibited.
• Imagery & Marketing: Authorized stockists gain access to official Bulibasha marketing imagery, editorial lookbooks, and brand guidelines for promotional use.
• Ownership: All rights in the Bulibasha name, designs, imagery and marks remain with Bulibasha. Products may not be altered, re-labelled, or presented under another brand.

Wholesale Accounts

• Approved Stockists Only: Wholesale pricing and ordering are available exclusively to stockists approved by Bulibasha.
• Application & Review: Each application is reviewed individually. Bulibasha may request additional information such as business registration details or proof of retail presence.
• Discretionary Approval: Approval is granted at Bulibasha's discretion and applications may be declined without explanation.
• Account Use: Wholesale accounts are issued to the approved business and may not be shared or transferred.
• Suspension: Bulibasha may suspend or close an account for non-payment, breach of these terms, or conduct damaging to the brand.
